A property group has taken over two businesses in the heart of Ayr.
Wood Property Group, which also owns the Lorne Arcade in the town centre, has completed the purchases of the Harbour Coffee Shop and Ye Olde Forte Bar on South Harbour Street.
Both businesses are set to undergo renovations as part of the takeover, as the property group expands its portfolio in the town.
A spokesperson said: "We are delighted to have acquired two tenanted commercial properties to add to our growing portfolio and we welcome the Harbour Coffee Shop and Ye Olde Forte Bar to our mix of tenants.
"Located from 33-37 South Harbour Street in Ayr the busy location offers fantastic roadside views of the River Ayr."
The Advertiser has approached the Wood Property Group about their future plans for both businesses.
